All products must be free from defects in material or workmanship at time of registration. Tips On Filing A Claim

We strive to make a filing a claim as seamless as possible. We recommend you collect all the information on your product before you start filling out the Warranty Claim Form. You'll also need the product serial number as it's required to process a claim.

Instinct, Prestige, Smart or Cardinal Labor Allowance Claim Request

Submit your warranty labor allowance form here.

How it works:

1. Product must be registered at the time of installation to be eligible for labor allowance.

2. All labor reimbursement requests must be submitted to Triangle Tube.

3. The warranty labor allowance form must be completed by the installer and submitted here.

4. The labor request must be submitted directly to Triangle Tube within 45 days from the date that the work was performed.

5. Labor claims for multiple locations or incidents must be filed separately.

6. Labor reimbursement does not cover the following:

- Travel to and from the installation site

- Serviceable items and normal maintenance as required

- The cost associated with the acquisition of replacement parts

- Costs associated to gain access for repair

- The costs incurred for time spent diagnosing the fault

The claim will not be paid until the RGA# (Return Goods Authorization) has been filed by the wholesale/distributor and approved by the Triangle Tube Warranty Department. See your wholesaler/distributor for the RGA# number submission. Warranty claim will be paid within 45 days of claim submitted. Labor allowances shown below are maximum amounts. The fee payable to the Installer for approved warranty repairs shall be as specified by Triangle Tube.

- Parts $135 – includes applicable taxes

- Heat exchanger $400 – includes applicable taxes

- Smart or Cardinal Tank replacement $500
